Live Fire Class – Marcus
The class will only use wood to cook with as a fuel source. This is a more advanced class than the intermediate with a different skill set. Braai and Asado will be the main focus, with a deep dive into getting the most out of fire pits and open fire cooking.
This will include a full belly and a drink, beer, cider, wine and soft drinks available.
The Live Fire class is for those who are looking to try something new and exciting with their outdoor cooking, and take their skills to another level.
The class will have 3 hours of teaching/cooking, and then an hour to enjoy eating the food we have cooked, chat and ask questions.
