Bbq Lodge evenings at UK BBQ School are something new and rather special that we can now offer. We are the only bbq school in the UK who can offer all weather year round open fire cooking in a Finnish Grill Lodge. Sat round the built in firepit in a small intimate group of 7 we will cook, learn, eat and have a lot of laughs.

Spiced lamb flatbreads, roasted meats and side dishes a real hands on experience is guaranteed, getting everyone involved in the prep and cooking. All cooking will be open fire / campfire style, where you will learn to cook with wood  on any firepit to create feasts for your family and friends.

This will include a full belly and a drink, beer, cider, wine and soft drinks available.

The class will have 3 hours of teaching/cooking, and then an hour to enjoy eating the food we have cooked, chat and ask questions.
